Mubarak Ali Mirjat, RPT, DPT
Dr. Mirjat maintains a daily patient schedule. He is a 1983 graduate of the Karachi University at Pakistan. He began his practice in the United States in 1991 and in 1995 founded Maximum Rehabilitation Services. Dr. Mirjat is specialized in the areas of Industrial Rehabilitation, Sports Injury Rehabilitation, Orthopedic Condition Management, Management of Neck and Lower Back Pain, Stroke Rehabilitation and Incontinence Management. Dr. Mirjat is credentialed by the McKenzie Institute in the McKenzie Approach to Mechanical Spine Pain. Dr. Mirjat is fluent in the English, Hindi, Urdu and Sindhi languages. He has management specialization and has completed his doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Vishakha Shah, RPT, DPT
Ms. Shah is a 1981 graduate of the University of Bombay, India. She is Maximum’s Director of Operations and lead therapist. Since 1983 Ms. Shah has specialized in the area of: Industrial Rehabilitation, Sports Injury Rehabilitation, Orthopedic Condition Management, Management of Neck and Lower Back Pain, Stroke Rehabilitation and Incontinence Management. Ms. Shah is credentialed by the McKenzie institute in the McKenzie approach to Mechanical Spine Pain and holds certifications in the Isernhagen Work Systems Functional Capacity Evaluation and the Anodyne (Infrared Modality) Therapy System. Ms. Shah is fluent in the English, Hindi, and Urdu languages. In 2009 Ms. Shah completed her doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Jake Tan, PT
Mr. Tan is an outpatient physical therapist dedicated to help each individual patient achieve their full potential in rehabilitation, patient suffering from back injuries, work related injuries, post-surgical conditions, joint pains, balance problem, weakness, and other cases that will benefit through physical therapy intervention.
Renata Kaleciak, LPTA
Ms. Kaleciak is a physical therapist assistant since 1998. Renata graduated from Morton College and is licensed in the state of Illinois. She has been with Maximum since 1999. She specializes in neck and back pain Management, using the McKenzie approach, and in treating orthopedic injuries. She handles Incontinence management and Anodyne (Infrared Modality). In 2004, Renata received her BA degree in Healthcare management from National Louis University, Chicago. Ms. Kaleciak is fluent in the English and polish language.
Shirley Stewart, LOTR
Ms. Stewart is a 1989 graduate of Chicago State University with Bachelors of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy. Ms. Stewart specializes in geriatrics, orthopedics, neurological conditions, stroke rehabilitation, and pulmonary rehabilitation. Ms. Stewart practiced as a OTR in the Chicago land area as a contract therapist in various settings including hospitals, home health, nursing homes, and clinics.
