What settings do your therapists work in?
Our clinic provides outpatient care in Chicago, IL, Evergreen Park, IL, and Munster, IN. In-home therapy is included as part of our coverage. We are also permitted to provide care in a senior independent living facility or an assisted living facility.
We are unable to provide services in hospitals or long-term care nursing homes.
