Wellness

At Maximum Rehabilitation Services, we feel that  the best way to build knowledge of health and  fitness is active participation in a Maximum  Wellness program.

We help patrons exercise to their highest potential.
We educate people on issues of health and fitness.
We treat the whole person & not just physical needs.
We help our patrons meet their wellness goals.
We give personalized attention in small groups.

 During the initial session, long and short-term wellness goals are developed to  help patrons acheive personal exercise and fitness goals.

Target heart rates  are set to 60-80% of a maximum heart rate level and exercise work loads  increase or decrease dependent on an individual's response to exercise.

 Reaching all dimensions, Maximum Rehabilitation works to treat the physical,  emotional, social, intellectual, spiritual and environmental aspects of the whole  patron. Behavior modification as well as physical modification is an important  component of total wellness. Educational classes are taught and covers:  proper lifting techniques, nutritional guidance, and other cardiovascular issues.
