For DoctorsIf you are a physician and you are looking for quality and dependable care for ALL your patients, look no further. Maximum Rehabilitation Services, LTD. features a complete multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to serve a wide variety of patient diagonses in the outpatient or home health treatment setting. All of the patients at Maximum Rehabilitation Services receive thorough evaluations that focus on treatment goals. Within 24 hours of a patient's first visit, we will we fax physicians a report of our initial evaluation findings and rehabilitation treatment plans. We will also send physicians a progress report every two weeks to provide you updates on the patient's rehabilitation progress and to review our individual treatment protocols. Upon a patient's discharge and completion of rehabilitation treatment goals, a discharge report will be sent to you within 24 hours of patient's last visit. |
